At Smile Inn Dentistry, we welcome members of all private health funds for treatment.

For health funds participating in the HICAPS electronic claims system, we can process your rebate on the spot and only the ‘gap’ payment will be charged at the time of the treatment.

Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)

The Child Dental Benefits Schedule commenced on 1 January 2014 and provides access to benefits for general dental services for eligible children aged 2-17 years. The total benefit entitlement is capped at $1,000 per child over two calendar years.

Eligibility basics for CDBS

  • aged between 2 and 17 years on any one day of the calendar year
  • getting certain government benefits such as Family Tax Benefit Part A for at least part of the calendar year
  • eligible for Medicare

We Accept All Health Funds

We accept all health funds including the Medicare Child Dental Benefit Scheme, Veterans Affairs and NSW Oral Health Vouchers.

Early release of super for dental health. You can apply for the early release of your superannuation to pay for certain dental surgeries for you or eligible family members. And you can choose the practitioner!
